We started with a real store, not a pitch deck.
Arild runs a used office-furniture store in Elverum. Like most small-business owners, his day was already full before the store's daily grind began — the spam in the comments, the analytics pointing at the wrong site, the technical loose ends that never seemed to get done. The work wasn't hard. There just wasn't a person whose job it was to do it.
So we gave him one. Ola took over the store's daily operations: cleaning up the noise, fixing what was broken, watching the traffic, and reporting back what actually matters. Arild keeps the decisions — what to sell, what to spend, where to take the business. Ola does the rest.
He's our first customer. Not because he paid us, but because we wanted to build this in a real store, with a real owner, on real problems — not in a demo. The model we're turning into a product is the one running his store right now.
No inflated numbers here. This is the honest starting point: one real business, one agent, and the work actually getting done.
